Shipping Policy

Shipping fees apply only to products sold by Chic Bottle. Your contribution to shipping costs is calculated based on the total amount of your order and the destination country.
Digital products are not included in the shipping cost calculation.

Free shipping thresholds are calculated on the total cart amount after any applicable discounts (loyalty rewards, discount codes, promotional codes).

Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours. These timeframes may be subject to change; the estimated shipping date is indicated at checkout when your order is confirmed.

3. Order preparation and shipping times

Order preparation time: 24 to 48 business hours
(excluding weekends and public holidays)

Once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier, delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout.

We make every effort to meet these timeframes. However, during peak periods or exceptional circumstances (strikes, weather conditions, etc.), delivery times may be slightly extended.

4. Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing:

• Shipping confirmation

• A tracking number

• A link to track your parcel in real time

5. Address error or delivery failure

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery information provided is accurate.

In the event of an incorrect address resulting in a return of the parcel:

• Reshipment may be carried out after payment of new shipping fees.

• Initial shipping fees will not be refunded, in accordance with Article L221-19 of the French Consumer Code.

6. Delayed, lost or undelivered parcels

If your parcel appears to be delayed or has not been delivered within the expected timeframe:

• Please first contact the carrier using your tracking number.

• If no solution is found, contact us at contact@chic-bottle.com.

We will then open a carrier investigation, which may take 5 to 14 business days depending on the country.

No refund or reshipment can be issued before the investigation is completed, in accordance with carrier regulations.

7. Damaged items or delivery errors

Please inspect your order upon receipt.

In the event of:

• A damaged item

• A defective item

• An incorrect product delivered

Please contact us within 48 hours, providing photos and your order number.

We will assess the situation and propose an appropriate solution (replacement, refund, etc.).

8. International shipping

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to:

• Customs duties

• Local VAT

• Administrative or customs clearance fees

These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and depend on local regulations.

International delivery times may vary between 3 and 12 business days, depending on the destination country.

9. Orders containing multiple items

Depending on product availability, your order may be shipped:
