These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the “T&Cs”) govern all sales made on the website chic-bottle.com (hereinafter the “Website”), published by Chic Bottle (hereinafter “we” or the “Seller”).
By placing an order on the Website, the customer fully and unreservedly accepts these T&Cs.

The products offered are described and presented as accurately as possible (photos, dimensions, materials, etc.).

Products are offered subject to availability.
3. Prices
Prices displayed on the Website are indicated in euros, including all taxes (VAT included).
The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time; however, products are invoiced at the price in effect at the time the order is placed.
Shipping costs are indicated during checkout (see Shipping Policy).

6. Delivery

Summary:

Order preparation: 24 to 48 hours

Standard delivery to relay point: 3 to 5 business days

Home delivery: 3 to 5 business days
Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer.
The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery failures due to an incorrect address or force majeure.
7. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
In accordance with consumer protection laws, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise the right of withdrawal, without providing justification.
Conditions:

The product must be new, unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons if opened or used.

8. Returns, exchanges and refunds

Refunds are issued within 15 business days after inspection of the returned item.

Bank processing times may take up to 20 business days before the refund appears on your account.
