These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the “T&Cs”) govern all sales made on the website chic-bottle.com (hereinafter the “Website”), published by Chic Bottle (hereinafter “we” or the “Seller”).

By placing an order on the Website, the customer fully and unreservedly accepts these T&Cs.

2. Products

The products offered are described and presented as accurately as possible (photos, dimensions, materials, etc.).

However:

  • slight variations in color may occur depending on screen settings,

  • some images are non-contractual staging visuals.

Products are offered subject to availability.

3. Prices

Prices displayed on the Website are indicated in euros, including all taxes (VAT included).

The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time; however, products are invoiced at the price in effect at the time the order is placed.

Shipping costs are indicated during checkout (see Shipping Policy).

4. Order process

The order process is as follows:

  • Product selection and addition to cart

  • Cart validation

  • Entry of personal and delivery information

  • Selection of shipping method

  • Selection of payment method

  • Order confirmation

The customer receives an order confirmation email once payment has been validated.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of:

  • a previous dispute with the customer,

  • suspected fraud,

  • or any legitimate reason.

5. Payment

Payment is secure and may be made via:

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, etc.)

  • PayPal

  • Other payment methods available via Shopify

Any order is considered final and binding once payment has been confirmed.

6. Delivery

Full delivery terms are detailed in the Shipping Policy.

Summary:

  • Order preparation: 24 to 48 hours

  • Standard delivery to relay point: 3 to 5 business days

  • Home delivery: 3 to 5 business days

Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer.

The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery failures due to an incorrect address or force majeure.

7. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

In accordance with consumer protection laws, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise the right of withdrawal, without providing justification.

Conditions:

  • The product must be new, unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons if opened or used.

8. Returns, exchanges and refunds

Full details are provided in the Return & Refund Policy.

Summary:

  • Inspect your order upon receipt.

  • In the event of a defective, damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately.

  • Refunds are issued within 15 business days after inspection of the returned item.

  • Bank processing times may take up to 20 business days before the refund appears on your account.

9. Liability

We cannot be held responsible for:

  • indirect damages,

  • improper use of the products,

  • delivery delays attributable to the carrier,

  • or events of force majeure.

10. Warranties

Products benefit from the following legal warranties:

  • Legal warranty of conformity (2 years)

  • Warranty against hidden defects

12. Intellectual property

13. Governing law

These T&Cs are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first.
Failing this, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
